What is ClubView and why is it important?
ClubView is a new kind of website that for the first time, combines truly versatile marketing, communication and business tools into one easy to use product.
It enables golf clubs to compete for their member's time - and wallet - much more effectively, by telling them what's going on each month, so that they can decide what they want to come to, and so enjoy their club's facilities more often.
What does ClubView do?
ClubView gives golf clubs a unique combination of capabilities:
- it can tell the members what's in the Club Diary
- the club can post forthcoming events onto the site's home page, and then communicate these via group e-mail with all or some of their (online) members
- the site is designed as an online newsletter instead of a static brochure. Keeping it refreshed with new information is easy for the Club to achieve, so encouraging more members to provide their e-mail addresses, and to use the site regularly
- the site can provide analysis of the number of people visiting the site and which page they're reading - enabling the club to identify what's important to the readers, and what isn't
- the club's own staff and members control and manage the site completely, not the design agency or some other specialist
