Eagle developed the zinc etching system because the process is designed to produce weatherproof one off design led plates which summarises the requirements of a tee sign. The flexibility of the zinc etching process is demonstrated by being the basis of the new BronZinc metal coated plates, and the patterns for cast bronze. Granite is an alternative that can suit some environments and style requirements.

These substrates can be produced for virtually any size and shape, and be mounted onto timber, stone, aluminium, in fact almost anything.
